- Fees are to be paid quarterly in PNB Extension Counter, Sector27-A, Chandigarh; accordlng to the dates given in the fee book. Fee deposit slips are provided at the time of admission. A late fee fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged on non-payment of fees on the prescribed date.
- Children who want to leave the school at the end of this academic session should apply before 31 st March, failing which, fee and Annual funds of the next academic session will be charged before issuing the S.L.C.
- Any change in address should be communicated to the school office without delay.
- School Diary is a link between the teacher and the parent. Every parent is requested to check it daily. Notices if sent be attended to promptly.
- Parents are requested not to send children to school if they suffer from any contagious disease. Parents are required to inform the school authorities if there is any medical problem.
- Dress Code should be strictly adhered to.
- No students should leave the school premises during the school hours or in the recess without prior permission of the teacher incharge/ Principal.
- Students should take care of the school property. Any damage done to the school property will have to be remedied by the offender.
- Verbal request through relatives or friends to allow children to go home before school gets over will not be complied with.
- Any miss-statement of fact in the form shall entail cancellation of admission at any time.

Monday to Friday
It is compulsory for the students to wear the prescribed school Uniform, otherwise they are liable to be punished.

White ribbons for girls, brown patka for sikh boys
Tie, belt and school badge is provided by the school on payment
Winter
Terry wool brown pants/tunics

V-Neck chocolate Brown plain sweater - Chocolate Brown coat
Brown caps/scarves (if required)
Black shoes and brown woollen socks
House T-shirt and P.T. dress is worn on Saturdays.
